Exhibition of the 2012 diplomas of the Ecole nationale supérieure de paysage de Versailles-Marseille.
The ENSP is a project school that trains young landscape designers to respond to urban and territorial issues at the time of living. Students experience the field and seek to reveal the potentialities of the place in all its dimensions: sensitive, physical and human. The sharing of experience, the meeting with practitioners and the variety of teaching provided allow everyone to develop their own approach throughout a transversal programme.
The personal end-of-study work is a free project that concludes four years of study. Each student has to develop a reflection on the site of his choice and build his own tools with a singular approach.
This exhibition, as well as the meetings and debates that will take place during it, will be an opportunity to share visions of the landscape and to propose answers to contemporary issues in the profession. Each student exhibits a piece representative of his or her work that refers to a written thesis, also presented and available for consultation on the site.

“LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT(S): WHICH BUSINESS ACTIVITY(IES)?”

Landscape is in essence a transversal domain, which decompartmentalizes disciplines. Multitask and link makers, landscape designers have de facto different approaches to the landscape. Let’s approach together multiple postures: designer, gardener, consultant, engineer, urban planner, artist… The professionals come to share and compare their experiences to leave open the definition of the profession.
